How your information is used
Last updated August 2026. This is a plain-language summary, written for a small, real business, not a legal template padded out to look bigger than it is.
What I collect
When you sign up for the free plan, I collect your first name and email address. If you buy the 28 Day Plan, payment is handled by Stripe, I don't see or store your card details, Stripe processes that directly.
What it's used for
Your email is used to send you the plan you signed up for, the weekly newsletter, and occasional emails about the 28 Day Plan or other relevant offers. I don't sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it's stored
Subscriber data is stored with MailerLite, the email platform I use to send newsletters and manage this list. You can read MailerLite's own privacy policy at mailerlite.com for details on how they handle data on their end.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from future sends. If you'd like your data deleted entirely rather than just unsubscribed, email hello@wellnesseras.com and I'll take care of it.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party ad trackers. Standard hosting and email delivery logs may record basic technical information like IP address, used only for security and delivery, not for profiling.
